My own take on a recipe for ceviche; I've gleaned this recipe from a combination of several others I've seen online. A classic Peruvian white fish ceviche with avocado and cilantro added makes it really good on blue corn chips because of their sweetness.Ingredients
250 g white fish (tilapia, cod)2 jalapenos, seeded
1 avocado cubed
125 ml lime juice
4 g chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 tsp salt
125 ml olive oil
